Barefoot Octopus

This lovely chap has travelled all the way from Sri Lanka and is sure to win the heart of his new owners.  He has eight legs, all in different colours, hooded eyes and a cheeky smile, what’s not to love.

Designed by the talented artist Barbara Sansoni and handmade in the Barefoot artisan workshops in Sri Lanka, Barbara has been working with rural communities for 40 years.  Barefoot designers draw their inspiration from the vibrant colours found in the natural world around them.  This lovely toy is made by one local artisan from start to finish.

Every toy is washable and bears the CE mark, meeting EU and UK Standards and made from 100% hand loomed cotton and stuffed with kapok (a natural stuffing fiber, from the Kapok tree and a great alternative to the usual polyester fillings).
