If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, let us know within 14 days of receipt and we can discuss the problem. We may offer to exchange them or give you a refund depending on what the problem is.
When returning an item, please include your full name and contact details together with a copy of the original order, plus the original packaging would be helpful.
If the item is faulty, we will refund the cost of the return via second class post. All other return costs will not be refunded. For all returns please keep a proof of posting which you can get at the Post Office at no extra cost.
Please note you are liable for any diminished value of the item due to unnecessary handling of the item other than that which is needed to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product while it is with you. This includes when it is being returned, when it is in transit.
