We aim to dispatch all orders received before 1.00 pm the same day, Monday to Friday. We will send you a confirmation or your order and an invoice will be included with the goods. In the unlikely event the item you have ordered is not in stock, we will contact you immediately by email to offer either a substitute or refund. You can opt to put the item on back order and we will fulfill your order as soon as possible.
Standard items are sent via Royal Mail Second Class Postage and larger items via My Hermes tracked. The costs are:
Band A £1.75, Band B £2.45 Band C £4.75
The delivery cost is clearly indicated on the basket page before you place your order. If you order several items and the total value does not qualify for free delivery only one delivery cost will be applied. Orders over £40 are sent free of charge standard delivery only. When you place your order you are given the option to upgrade to Next Day Delivery Guaranteed/Next Day Guaranteed Saturday. We do not make money on our delivery costs and we aim that they should reflect the true cost of the delivery system that we use.
You can expect to receive your order within 3 - 5 working days. Normally we would expect this to be within 3 days but realistically this does not always happen especially during busy times i.e. Christmas. If your order is required urgently we suggest you use the Guaranteed Next Day service.
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, let us know within 14 days of receipt and we can discuss the problem and resolve it. We may offer an exchange or give you a refund depending on what the problem is.
When returning an item, please include your full name and contact details together with a copy of the original order, plus the original packaging would be helpful.
If the item is faulty, we will refund the cost of the return via second class post. All other return costs will not be refunded. For all returns please keep a proof of posting which you can get at the Post Office at no extra cost.
Please note you are liable for any diminished value of the item due to unnecessary handling of the item other than that which is needed to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product while it is with you. This includes when it is being returned, when it is in transit.
